Charity of the Year 2023
Southampton-based HR firm, Kate Underwood HR & Training, has announced that More Education, a UK-based charity that provides vital support to individuals and families affected by ADHD and Autism, is their Charity of the Year for 2023.
This partnership marks the beginning of an annual event where Kate Underwood HR & Training will donate their services to help a worthy cause. As a small business themselves, Kate Underwood HR & Training understands the importance of giving back to society, especially during these challenging times.
The current economic climate has hit charities particularly hard, and Kate Underwood HR & Training wants to make a real difference by providing their time and expertise to More Education for free.
Under the partnership, Kate Underwood HR & Training will assist More Education in achieving their growth plans for the year, who will in turn provide support to their clients for employees who may have ADHD and Autism. The support provided will come in the form of training, advice and resources, all of which are designed to help create a more inclusive workplace.
