Get your HR sorted – make 2023 your year<\/h2>\n

It’s February and January has gone past in a blur.\u00a0 I bet you have big, exciting goals for your business?!\u00a0 How is that going so far?<\/p>\n

One thing I notice when speaking to my clients, is many of them skip one vital step when they\u2019re making new plans for the year ahead\u2026<\/p>\n

They don\u2019t consider the impact that HR can have on reaching their goals<\/a>.\u00a0 All small businesses need to get their HR Sorted.<\/p>\n

You see, HR encompasses a lot. It\u2019s not just telling people off and occasionally firing them.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s far more to it than that. It\u2019s:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Helping your people develop their skills and grow professionally.
\u2022 Making sure everyone understands the importance of their role and what\u2019s expected of them.
\u2022 Helping them to realise their value and taking care of their
health and wellbeing<\/a>.
\u2022 Make sure your business always adheres to employment law as well as the ACAS code of practice.
\u2022 Protecting both your people and your business from fines, criminal charges, and tribunals.<\/p>\n

So why bother getting your HR Sorted?<\/h3>\n

If you don\u2019t spend enough time making sure you\u2019re covering all your HR bases, your people aren\u2019t going to thrive.<\/p>\n
